PE Covid Activity Log - Help your students track their daily health progressions with this simple logging system, developed by a P.E. teacher in California. The weekly guide calls for students to log their daily fitness and sleep, as well as respond to an end-of-week writing prompt that includes their mental well-being too. The document can be duplicated as a Google Doc or simply copied onto a blank digital or physical sheet.
