Our School has various opportunities to help raise funds for student tuition as well as to help through giving financial support or service.
Financial Support
Learning Tree has financial aid funds available to students only when generous donors give to the school or to the Dalton Seventh-day Adventist Church.

The Finance Committee distributes funds to families who meet the criteria for assistance. You may designate whether you’d like your funds to assist families who are members of the church that subsidizes Learning Tree –Dalton Seventh-day Adventist Church — or to assist community families who do not attend the Dalton Seventh-day Adventist Church.

Partnering for Eternity
Learning Tree Elementary School, in partnership with Southern Adventist University’s Partnering For Eternity (PFE) grant program, has the opportunity to offer unique tuition assistance to our students. Through this service-oriented scholarship program, our participating students are paired with elderly adults in our community in a mutually-beneficial way.
Students in the PFE program, along with their parents, bring joy to the lives of senior citizens through fun activities such as visiting, reading, and playing games. When appropriate, they may also provide light housework. As the young people build generational bridges and learn the value of service, they also benefit from the wisdom and mentorship of the older adults. In the process, their time together helps finance the student’s Christian education.

Order Fruit
For over 60 years, Learning Tree has been providing delicious Florida citrus fruit for the Dalton community each year.
We’d like to thank the Dalton community again this year for supporting Learning Tree Elementary School through our Fruit Program!
Fruit can be ordered for pick up in Novermber and December each year. Please click below for information on how to order.
Annual Walk-A-Thon
In the Spring, our students walk in a Walkathon to raise funds to help build an all-purpose recreation field where children and families can make memories and grow a life-long love for connection and physical activity to promote healthy hearts--socially, spiritually, and physically. Field size is approx. 300' x 175' (55K sq ft). To use for: special events, youth clubs, softball, flag ball, and soccer.

Learning Tree's Annual Bob Raitz Memorial Golf Tournament
The Annual Bob Raitz Memorial Golf Tournament takes place early in the Fall each school year.
