A is for Air

All humans need fresh air every day.

Although it might be hard when we are supposed to stay at home, getting exercise and fresh air is important.  Try going outside and breathing in deep at least 10 times slowly.

To help make sure we can breath fresh air, we need to think about how we take care of our air and try to help stop air pollution. Listen to our principal, Mrs. Brown, tell us a little bit more about how fresh air helps us stay healthy.
