These are foam sheets I picked up at the dollar store (2 packs). I cut them into different sized polka dots. They are very easy to cut and can be cut into all different shapes. Sometimes there are precut foam shapes available. Easy to clean and easy to store. A little bit of water and a whole lot of fun!
