Here's a little trick I learned along the way. ๐
We have less commitments to go to, however we are are on the move. I imagine there are many trips to outside play areas So we need food. Some of us are picky eaters and the stress on parents to try to encourage healthy eating can be consuming. This trick is not giing to take that struggle away but it could help
Place a mixture of healthy food into a chip bag ( leave the crumbs and salt in the bag) or try an empty gummy bag that ziplocks. This makes eating healthy a little more fun, less mess and encourages independance.
I am not suggesting you fib about the contents of the bag. This will not be successful in that case.
Simply offer the bag. Say nothing.
Like every trick...we become wise to it so change the bag up to boost curiousity. It will be helpful to add a favourite food to the mix. We ALL want our food to be enjoyable.
