make observations and/or measurements to provide evidence of the effects of weathering or the rate of erosion by water, ice, or wind (5.8 d)
model weathering, erosion, and deposition and explain the benefits and limitations of the model(s) created (5.8 d)
locate, chart, and report weathering, erosion, and deposition at home or on the school grounds; create and implement a plan to reduce weathering, erosion, and/or deposition problems that may be found and discuss the results of the experiment (5.8 d)
