Spanish 1B
In Spanish 1B, students will develop basic proficiency in communicating in the Spanish language according to the cultural practices of the countries and regions where Spanish is spoken: Spain, Mexico, Central, and South America, the United States, and others. Note, middle school students taking Spanish 1B will receive A-G credit, however numerical high school will not count towards a high school diploma per California Education Code. Spanish 1B is a 5-credit course that fulfills the A-G requirement of the UC/CSU Subject Area Requirements.
