This course will focus on students achieving and maintaining a level of physical fitness for health and performance as they make a successful transition from the physical education instructional program to participation in physical activity during adulthood. The course of study will include these three areas: Effects of physical activity upon dynamic health (mindfulness), Mechanics of body movement (yoga), and Rhythms and dance.
