Law B

Constitutional Law B is the study of pivotal Supreme Court cases. In Constitutional Law, students will learn to understand our nation's founding documents, explore precedent-setting Supreme Court cases, and tackle difficult questions about what the Founding Fathers really intended. Students will also build a foundation for evaluating future judicial decisions based on Supreme Court precedent. Constitutional Law is a 5-credit course that fulfills the A-G requirement of the UC/CSU Subject Area Requirements.
