L6 Gastronomic London

Day 1 27th June – 

Pizza Heaven! Our students have had a great time making their own pizzas and fruit salads at Waitrose Cookery School. 

Day 2 28th June– 

Tuesday- our students had a meal along the Thames seeing London in a very exciting new way. After lunch, bake off awaits! 

Day 3 29th June– 

Today students learn skills of top chefs at a cookery school whilst creating fine dining dishes.

Day 4 30th June– 

Today we visit School of Wok for a cookery workshop followed by Hotel Chocolat's chocolate making masterclass.

Day 5 1st July– 

Today we visit Mexican Cookery at Central Street Cookery School to learn some of the famous latin American dishes.
