Q. Summarise what you did in this activity/project and how you interacted with others?
A. In this service, I donated thirty one thousand rupees to ISKCON food for life. This organisation provides food to all the poor people and covid affected people in New Delhi.
Q. Explain what you hoped to accomplish through this activity/project?
A. I wanted to bring a smile on the faces of people who needed food the most, this helped me understand the true value of food. We often waste food but looking at how much they cared for food really opened my eyes.
Q. How successful were you in achieving your goals? What difficulties did you encounter and how did you overcome them?
A. I was very successful in achieving my goals as I managed to donated as much money as possible to the organisation and to spread joy with them
Q. What did you learn about yourself and others through this activity/project?What abilities, attitudes, and values have you developed?
A, small things such as giving food and money can make a huge difference in somebody else's life. I have developed abilities to really care about my surroundings and also to help as many people as possible . And always to make sure that we are blessed with what we have and we can be much more happier by contributing towards these people
Q. How did this activity/project benefit others?
A. This project benefited the community as the people around me were very ashamed that I was contributing whereas they were not I helped the people around me to realise that it is important for us to take care of the people around you, we are blessed with many things but they are not so we should make sure that at least we give them the basic necessities/ This is how I helped the people which as a result helped the poor as well as there were more people donating now.
Q. How can you apply what you have learned in other life situations?
A. I feel that at whatever point I accept a gander at something as difficult to do, I can draw inspiration from this as motivation for assessing new things and wandering out of my typical scope of commonality. I learnt that always contribute as much as possible does not matter how big or small the contribution is.
