Deep breathing is an easy way to help us relax, reduce stress or anxiety. The best part is that it can be done anytime and anywhere! Mindfulness

Mindfulness is about being in the moment. Having awareness of our thoughts, emotions, body and our environment. It has been shown to decrease stress, anxiety and emotional reactivity.
