Below you will find a wide range of live online development sessions which you can attend for free as part of your apprenticeship! This is a great opportunity to develop your skills. These 2.5 hour online sessions cover a range of topics including; time management, study skills and exam prep, business writing skills and much more. What sets these sessions apart is their interactive format, which encourages active participation and also allows you to exchange ideas with tutors and fellow apprentices. Taking Control of your Development

This workshop is ideally suited for those just starting to use reflection as a tool for their development, and who want to improve the quality of their reflections and level of control over their development.
Suitable for Apprenticeship Levels 2-7
Overview
• Participants will consider why reflection is important and the benefits of effective reflection.
• Through the exploration of different reflection models (Schön, Atkins Murphy, Driscol) and practical activities, participants will discover methods to improve the quality of their reflections.
• The workshop concludes by examining how reflection and self-direction are the recipe for personal success and continuous improvement.
