Approximately 1 in 5 adults will have an additional learning need and it is believed around 1 in 3 apprentices. Kaplan is here to make a difference to EVERY learner and that means learning to understand how different individuals learn and how we adapt to enable that to happen. We want our learners to gain as much independence and autonomy as possible. We aim to do this by delivering an inclusive environment where learning is accessible to all our learners.
