SBA Testing (Grades 3-6) - During the 2025–2026 school year, all students in grades 3–6 will take the Smarter Balanced English Language Arts (ELA)/Literacy and Mathematics Assessments and all students in grades 5 will take the Hawai’i State Science (NGSS) Assessments. The schedule of assessments for the rest of cycle is as follows:
MATH CAT: Tuesday, 5/12
NGSS #2 (Gr. 5 only): Thursday, 5/14
We would appreciate that you do not schedule any appointments or vacations that would cause your child to miss any of the assessment days. This would force your child to take the test on makeup days which could keep them out of class for an extended period of time.
