PREPARATIONS
The first thing I did was use my computer to open up the Google Classrooms for the assignment page so I can get more information on how to do it. I opened the attached links, which included a website to GCFGlobal's page on computers and Canva's editing software.
RESEARCH
On the given GCFGlobal website, I looked around for any information that may be useful. I also used my iPad to do this outside of the classroom as there wasn't enough daily time. If I remember correctly, it took around 3-4 days for me to gather all of the ones I needed.
Even after completing the research on GCFGlobal's website, though, I still felt like a lot was missing, especially with software. As a result, I decided to also use unattached information via Google's search engine- this is how I got to TurboFuture's website. On their website, I managed to gather more information that I couldn't find on GCFGlobal's. This took about two days.
EDITING
As I was researching, I also held the information on an infographic on Canva. While holding them, I also did some experimenting with the designs to see what would look good for my final product.
After several drafts and with assistance from Sithu, I finally managed to make a final version. To design the infographic, I took some inspiration from the public templates on Canva and other old projects and websites, like my reusable rocket's infographic and the CIA and SpaceX website. In the end, I was able to create a sleek infographic that still gave the memo of basic information regarding computers through brief means. Overall, this entire process took almost a month.
FINISHING TOUCHES
With the Canva Infographic finally completed, I downloaded it as PDF. Once done, I headed back to the assignment page for the work on Google Classrooms and uploaded it there. When the upload was finished, I submitted the assignment. I unsubmitted it a few times, though, to add more.

In the AP tech class, we were learning about the rights and responsibilities of a good digital citizen. We learned the meaning of plagiarism and five ways to avoid it. The infographic was created using CANVA. An already existing free template was used. The images used were free from within CANVA. Even in an existing template, there was freedom to make changes like add text boxes to add the definition and the sources. On completion, the file was downloaded as a PDF.
