A message from Admin
Hello Parents,
We are in the full swing of all things Spring. Our Spring Conferences will begin next week. This is a great time to speak with your student's teacher, see some examples of work, and see what your student has been working on this year!
March 28th we will have our Spring Festival including our The Faces of WJES Art Show Fundraiser. It will be a great evening of fun and you don't want to miss the AMAZING art pieces that our students created.
We are so proud of all of our students here at WJES!
Literacy Unlocked
As the weather warms up, take reading outside! Let your child grab their books or notebooks and take them outside for a little outdoor reading or writing. Take your child on a reading nature walk, looking for items that start with letters of the alphabet or a Five Senses Nature Walk.

It is VERY IMPORTANT for all families to set up an Infinite Campus Parent Portal Account. Click HERE to set up your child's account. This account allows you to receive important school messages through the Remind app, see student grades and attendance. If you have trouble with this process, email Mrs. West (rebecca.west@jcss.us). After a parent portal account has been activated, please allow 24 hours for the information to sync with the Remind app to be able to message teachers. If you are unable to use Remind at any time, please send your child's teacher an email.
