Identify if you're supporting teachers and/or students in the use of technology and reading, first. If students, are you also helping specifically to support EL, LS, or other special needs students?
What process have you established in your school or district for reading specialists and/or literacy coaches to collaborate via technology and brainstorm and share ideas for its use to enhance reading instruction virtually?
What technology is currently available to your students and how have you used it previously to support them in reading? Are the educators you currently work with aware of how to use this same technology? Do you need to provide webinars or other supports to help them become familiar with any tools you've used which they could also implement in the online environment?
