A-G will offer a presentation on Wednesday, March 2nd at 5:30 pm Myanmar time that will cover the details of applying to universities in Australia and New Zealand. From how to search for universities, what is needed to apply, how to determine your chances of getting accepted and pointers to keep in mind, you will have a good grasp of what you need to do to successfully apply.

Counseling Corner
There is a counseling center in Myanmar called Counseling Corner and they are offering their services in unique ways. See below.
Every Tuesday at 7 pm, Counselling Corner is broadcasting a Live session presented by one of our counsellors in Myanmar language. Topics are changing every week and there is time to ask your own question directly to the counsellor. Last week we spoke about Toxic shame (have a look here: Facebook). Topics for February are:

Scholarship Opportunity
Marist
Marist is offering a full-tuition scholarship and housing Marist is offering to benefit high achieving students interested in majoring in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or Environmental Science. Marist's School of Science is honored to have received the College's third grant from the National Science Foundation (NSF).
This full-tuition and housing scholarship* supports a total of up to 23 full-time students who enroll at Marist in either Fall 2022 or 2023. As a NSF scholar at Marist, students will:
Be assigned to a specially trained faculty advisor who will assist with academic and non-academic issues.
Learn in student-centered, state-of-the-art facilities housed in Marist's Science and Allied Health Building.
Participate in the College's comprehensive 4-year Career Services plan, which includes:
Receiving support for applying for campus employment
Obtaining fellowships and awards
Preparing for and obtaining internships
Obtaining STEM-related employ mentor acceptance into graduate school upon graduation
In addition to the full tuition and housing scholarship, students will receive a laptop computer, and room and board.
Participate in a summer bridge course and freshman orientation during the first week of classes.
Be encouraged to participate and research within the living and learning scientific community at Marist.
