Next week, on Sept 13th at 5:30 pm in the cafeteria, I will be giving a presentation for current 9th grade students and parents about transitioning to high school successfully. I hope you can show up!
This is your final year before you enter into IB. Now's the time to form healthy, lasting habits that can keep you going academically while providing a balance between academics and your physical and mental health.
Take one thing at a time as IB begins to roll over you. Staying on top of the daily work is the key. There are a few visits from universities this week - have a look below.
This week I will be coming into your TOK classes to ensure you are doing what you need to do in order to get ready for university admissions. In the mean time, be sure to be working on your EE draft to avoid things piling up during university admissions deadline time period! See below for a visit this week from a university. Also, next week on Thursday at 5:30, I will be offering a presentation to 12th grade parents on university admissions. Please bring your parent so that they can learn more about what you are doing to prepare for applying to universities!
