Resident Tuition Rates offered to International Students
All international applicants are reviewed for the Cross Cultural Outreach Scholarship and
Presidential Honors Scholarships upon admissions.
The Cross Cultural Outreach Program grants all international students in-state tuition which is
equivalent to $6500 per year. Not only does the program provide a scholarship, it encourages
students to share their culture with the WSU and Winona community and to learn more about the
culture in the U.S.
Many students complete scholarship requirements by coordinating an International Night on
campus, with an international meal and showcasing talent and culture for the Winona community.
This year's International Night will be Saturday March 18th.
The Presidential Honors Scholarship is awarded based on English proficiency scores for
international students.
