Week of May 15 2023

I hope the exams went well!  We are on the home stretch now!

Juniors, you should be cementing a plan for the summer - when to write the EE, do university research, begin filling out applications (if open), begin writing drafts of college essays.  As much as you can accomplish over the summer, the better.

As you go along, don't hesitate to ask me a question via message or email!

University Focus

Washington University

Washington has three campuses - The main one is in Seattle, but the two other smaller ones really focus on the undergraduate experience and are much smaller.  You should look into all three campuses when you apply.

Note that engineering and computer science majors at this university are extremely competative.  The university might accept you, but to a different major or program.  If you attend hoping to change into an engineering or computer science major in the future, their own website says that this is highly unlikely.
