Basic requirements:
Minimum ESL High Intermediate level of English proficiency (score 210 on GOALS test).
Regular attendance required.

Assistants and Aides do similar things.
This is a great course that helps you understand more about different types of jobs in healthcare, learn more about human body and the the responsibilities of PCAs. It is an introduction to the topic of healthcare.
You should expect to do at least 2 hours a week of reading outside of class.
You need to answer 20 out of 25 questions on the final tests to get the certificate at the end of class. You can take the test more than once.
