Basic requirements:
Minimum ABE Basic level of English proficiency (score 210 on GOALS test or 217 on STEPS test), AND
needs a valid Minnesota driver's license with a clean driving record (not too many tickets).
Needs a computer with an internet connection at home.
Don't know your score? Ask your teacher!
