Minimum ABE Beginning Basic level of English proficiency (score 217 on GOALS),
Preference given to students who passed Introduction to Accounting.

QuickBooks is a computer program for managing money in small businesses. Knowledge of QuickBooks if useful for small business owners, and people with financial background working for small and medium size business. Quickbooks makes it easier to do important jobs like sending bills to customers, keeping track of money spent, paying workers, and creating reports about how the business is doing. It helps keep money records neat and correct, so that the tax season is less stressful.
The class focuses on navigating the QuickBooks software, setting up a company file, managing customers and vendors, creating and sending invoices, recording payments, tracking expenses and bills, and generating financial reports. It also focuses on foundational accounting principles. The class ends in QuickBooks exam.
You can apply what you learned to your own business.
