Basic requirements:
Minimum ABE Beginning Basic level of English, (score 210 on GOALS test) AND
Needs to pass 3 NorthStar (computer) tests:
-Basic Computer Skills,
- Internet Basics and
-Using Email.
Computer for Works class first. NorthStar tests can be taken at Metro South office.

This class helps you learn more about how to use Office Word, Excel and Google Calendar, and lets you practice phone and email etiquette (how to sound professional and polite). You can also learn more about data management, general office skills and scheduling appointments. The class also includes training on how to write different types of emails that are required in any office and business setting.
