ROUND 1:
Fold a piece of paper into thirds length-wise and width-wise so that you have 9 squares
Draw the side profile of a pig, centered on the page
Make sure the pig's head is facing left
The pig should be drawn large enough so that a piece of it is in every box EXCEPT the top right
You have 2 minutes to draw your pig

SOP of an Effective Sit-along:
Print off existing SOP and take to sit-along of that process or a process effected by a process you own (ie your customers)
Sit and observe and individual completing the SOp
Redline the process. Look for inaccuracies, waste, communication being clear and concise, and apply intuition for better ways of working,
