The IME Library occupies a total area of ​​416 m², offering students individual study rooms and group study rooms. It has a large number of books in the area of ​​Materials Science, included in a printed collection of approximately 32,000 items such as textbooks, periodicals, theses, dissertations, end-of-course projects, among others. IME also has two subscriptions to e-book databases that allow simultaneous access by all students and professors at the Institute. Each e-book base has an approximate collection of 5,000 titles. The following services are offered by the library: consultation; loan; Internet access; bibliographic research; standardization of academic works; generation of catalog cards; interlibrary loan.
