The Graduate Program in Materials Science at IME has four Lines of Research, Electronic Materials, Ceramic Materials, Metallic Materials and Polymeric Materials, under a single Concentration Area, Physical Properties and Mechanical Behavior of Materials. The content of each line of research is frequently updated with new projects as new challenges and technological demands arise, in the military and civil sectors. Since its creation, the Program has operated in a dual way, exploring scientific themes common to both sectors of our society.
