The following activities are carried out in the Laboratory of Polymer Environmental Testing:

• study of polymer degradation;

• develoment of polymeric nanofibers;

• development of polymeric and composite materials for ballistic protection.

The following equipments are available: 

• chamber for exposure of materials to ultraviolet radiation; 

• chamber for exposure of materials to moisture; 

• thermocycling equipment;

• 3D milling machine; 

• gamma radiator (at CTEx). 

Area: 40 m².
