Professional Learning for Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
Target audience: ECTs who are in their second, third and fourth year of teaching after completing the Induction Process.
Partneriaeth Professional Learning opportunities for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) have been developed to allow for the continuation of support to those teachers in their second, third and fourth year of teaching after completion of the Induction Process.
The Professional Learning encourages ECTs to continue to engage in personal reflection to develop their practice in line with the requirements set out in the Professional Standards.
Contribute to building an excellent teaching workforce for the benefit of all learners.
Support ECTs to develop effective practice and to take part in wider, personal research.
Build on the experiences gained during Induction to support career-long professional growth.
