Tulare County Office of Education

Before submitting a request in Procurify for the ERS Library, the family must obtain an agreement with the library directly. 

1. The parent contacts Sara Torabi (sara.torabi@tcoe.org) to begin the agreement process.

2. Sara sends a tentative agreement to the parent for review.

3. The parent signs and returns the agreement to Sara (either in person or via email), 

4. Family submits an order in Procurify under Tulare County Office of Education (PLEASE MENTION THAT AN AGREEMENT HAS BEEN SIGNED) 

5. Sara forwards the signed agreement to the Tulare County Superintendent of Schools and the TCOE Business Office for final signature and execution.

6. Once fully executed, Sara sends a copy of the finalized agreement to both the parent and Heartland Charter School.

7. Heartland processes the Procurify order for the annual fee ($180, may be prorated depending on time of year*)
