Tulare County Office of Education

Before submitting a request in Procurify for the ERS Library, the family must obtain an agreement with the library directly. 

1. The parent contacts Sara.Torabi@tcoe.org  for an agreement.

2. Sara sends a tentative agreement to the parent.

3. The parent signs the agreement and returns it Sara (in person or online)

4. Sara sends a copy of the fully executed agreement to the parent and Heartland Charter.

5. The parent submits an order for the ERS library in Procurify, under Tulare County of Education

6. Heartland will process the request
