Important information: 

• Order requests must be submitted in Procurify no later than 14 days from your class start date 

• Please request from the catalog

• Only AG courses can be requested by the semester. All other courses are requested per month according to our Service Calendar

• There is a technology fee for the first student in the family. This item can be found in the Procurify catalog

• Before submitting an order in Procurify, the learning coach should contact CLRC. On their registration form, there is an option for parents/learning coaches to select "Charter School" for Affiliation. By selecting this, students will not be charged for any courses. Then the LC should place their order request in Procurify.  CLRC will work directly with Heartland following its payment process/timeframe once they have received the Purchase Order with the student's/parent's information.
