After an order is received
Once we receive a purchase order, we will contact the parent using the email address listed on the order. The parent must reply to that email and follow the instructions to create their own account. After the account is created, our team will review the details and manually activate the membership.
Important notes
We do not create accounts on behalf of parents. For security and privacy reasons, the parent must complete this step personally.
It typically takes 2–3 business days for our team to process an order once it has been received. However, activation speed depends on how quickly the parent completes their setup and replies to our email. Prompt responses help us activate memberships as efficiently as possible.
Occasionally, the email address provided on the purchase order is not the parent’s personal contact email. Please remind parents to check the email listed on the purchase order for our message.
