1. Why hasn't my student's membership been activated yet?
For new students, once we've processed the purchase order, we'll email the parent email listed on the purchase order with the account setup instructions.
Parents must create their parent and student accounts AND reply to our email to confirm setup is complete. Both steps are required before we can apply the purchased membership.
2. What if the parent hasn't received the account setup email?
Once we receive a purchase order, please allow 3–5 business days for our team to process it and contact the parent.
Please check the inbox, spam, and junk folders for an email from charters@mia.school.
For school-managed email accounts, your IT team may need to whitelist our email address.
