Heartland Discounted Materials
We are so excited to offer Discounted Heartland Materials.
Please read the notes below carefully
1) Search for items by subject on the tabs on the sheet below
2) Please remember all items are subject to availability as the pricing sheet is updated daily.
3) You must have student funds to purchase these items and/or pay for shipping.
4) Because these items are purchased with student funds, if they are non-consumable, they must be returned to the school upon withdrawal.
5) At this time, all items will be coming from the Bakersfield Office location so you can opt to have items shipped or you can pick up from the Bakersfield office. Shipment costs will vary based on size and MUST be purchased with student funds.
6) When you are ready to place an order request your desired items through the Procurify Catalog:
- Search "HDM" or "Heartland Discounted Materials"
- Copy and paste your desired material(s) information from the pricing sheet on to the order request form in Procurify
- Do not adjust the item category. It should remain "HL Specific Request "
7) After adding all items into your request, submit your order on Procurify for processing. *Please note that all items are subject to availability and the library staff will contact you if any of your requested items are unable to be fulfilled

Gently Used Condition: The materials in our Heartland Discounted Materials Catalog have been pre-owned and may show signs of previous use. While we strive to maintain their quality, some items may have minor wear and tear.

No Guarantees on Digital Content: For items with digital components (e.g., access codes), we cannot guarantee their availability, as these may have been previously used or expired.
