Using the cricut machine, I created a sticker because I want to put it on my water bottle. Our sticker is a class sticker that says "Class of 2028". I wanted to do this same design again because I embroidered it on to a shirt as one of my projects but I ruined the design.

During this process, I learned how to use the cricut machine and design website. I had to ask Bella for help especially when we started to print the sticker. We also had to use the how to videos on Mr.Renners website.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer because I designed something with an unique platform. I designed a sticker with the cricut machine. This equipment is new to me.

A challenge I overcame on this project was how to print my design. I was able to do it by asking my peers for help and using google. Bella knew how to start the print but we had to use google to figure out the rest.

Given a chance to do this again, I would search up how to use the machine first before I start my project. The reason why I would change it is because the whole project I learned along the way and didn't know much. I didn't go into the project with a plan.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the engineering design CTE program at Hastings High School.  My project connects to careers in  Architecture, Industrial designer, and Interior designer.  Engineering design is my favorite CTE program to do in this class.
