Using iMotion, iPad and iMovie, I created a stop motion video of clay revealing messages because it allowed me to do a lot of different messages and required me to take a lot of pictures. I also used green modeling clay as the main object in my video. I had to soften the clay to be able to mold it into different shapes.

During this process, I learned how to use iMotion. Mr.Renner gave us a brief explanation before we started and  we also watched a video giving us advice to get a better stop motion video. I also had to experiment with the app before I started my project.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to creative communicator because I expressed messages through a unique way. Instead of just typing a message or saying something out loud I wrote out words in clay. 

A challenge I overcame on this project was the background moving. I was able to do it by picking a background that I could use everyday. I also had to use a stable surface to hold my  iPad while I recorded. The last couple of days I was able to use the same surface and same background.

Given a chance to do this again, I would not get my hand in a lot of the pictures. The reason why I would fix it is because the timer went off before I could  get my hand out of the camera. My hand interrupted the scenes  .
