Using Tinkercad and a 3D printer, I created a figure of my mom because I wanted to do something for my mom. I used an old picture of my mom to create the figure. The figure is of my mom playing a saxophone. 

During this process, I learned how to create a design in Tinkercad. I also learned how to use specific measurements. On this project, I had a limit of 3x3x3 inches.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to  Innovative Designer because I created my own design. I used Tinkercads premade objects combined with my own designs.

A challenge I overcame on this project was learning how to create a design in Tinkercad. I was able to do it by asking others for advice. I also searched the internet for tutorials. I also experimented with Tinkercad to become more familiar.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change the thickness of the saxophone . The reason why I would change it is because the saxophone broke. While I was taking off the extra material the saxophone broke in two different places. I would also change the thickness of the glasses because they also broke.
