7P6 - Virtual Reality

Using CoSpaces, I created a unearthly fighting planet because I thought it would be creative and interesting. I wanted to make a world that had monsters in it. So, I put them in to add quality to my project.

• During this process, I learned to make a cool virtual reality world with CoSpaces. I used unearthly animals to make my world seem like another weird planet. For example, there is a dragon, dracula, and unicorns in my world.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Empowered Learner because I determined whether I was going to succeed in my project. Also, I transferred my learning skills from my computer to virtual reality goggles. I acted safely on my computer and on the goggles.

• A challenge I overcame on this project was making a intriguing situation . I was able to do it by looking at other ideas and how they incorporated things in their world to make it interesting. I decided to make my world a fighting world where you HAVE to fight to survive.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change the way I started my project. The reason why I would change it is because the first idea wasn't really creative and cool. I had to delete a lot of things and add a lot of things.

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the Digital Multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School.  My project connects to careers in Graphics Multimedia Editing and VR Artistry.
