Self Portrait
Draw or create a picture of yourself. Use any resources you have available. You may draw with crayons/markers, paint, use craft materials, or other items you have at home.
- Write your name to label your picture (you can write your first OR your first and last name)
- Describe your picture to your family members and ask them to write down what you said in English, Spanish, or another language that your family uses. Attach that description to your picture
- Try to write some words to describe your picture

Think of 6 different things about yourself and write/draw them on the colored paper strips on the reverse side of this lesson.
Some ideas:
- How old are you?
- Do you have any
siblings?
- Do you have any pets?
- What is your favorite
color / food?
- What do you want to be when you grow up?
