You can use these and visual aids, to help you retell an event in history.  Choose a well known event so you have enough detail to learn adn retell.  Make sure that you choose something you are interested in learning.

The main thing you need to do is focus on learning about the event, and seeing if there are any haka or waiata related to the event.  Then think about how you will put the information together to retell it in your own way.

• Your presentation will need to be between 5-6 minutes.  

• You need to do it own your own.  

• Make a list of any references you used to get information.
