Students will have the opportunity to explore and reflect upon their own beliefs and values through a variety of experiences. Citizenship: (25%) Students will communicate with the important people in their lives so that they can enhance those relationships in a positive manner, through various mediums.
Engagement: (50%) This course is designed using interactive personalized learning to allow for personalized intertest.
Knowledge Application: (25%) Applying Concepts and Strategies: Students will demonstrate an understanding of various topics discussed throughout the Leadership course and be able to apply multiple strategies to their everyday lives.

Leadership is designed for young men and women to safely explore their own ability to positively affect their surroundings. Student success is measured by students ability to successfully look inside themselves and reflect upon their own beliefs, through various experiences. Student empowerment will be a core tenant of this course and students will learn to advocate for themselves and others in a positive manner.
