Office for Student Access and Completion (OSAC)

Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE)
WUE is an agreement among 16 states and territories, through which 160+ participating public colleges and universities provide steep non-resident tuition savings for Western students. Eligible students can choose from hundreds of undergraduate programs outside their home state, and pay no more than 150 percent of that institution’s resident tuition rate. Learn more here.
Institutional Aid
Most colleges have grants and scholarships available to admitted students. These scholarships can be need-based, merit-based, or based on other criteria such as your program of study, ethnic background, participation in activities, and community service. View a list of Oregon college scholarships here, or contact your top colleges' financial aid offices to find out what's available and how to apply.
