This past week marked another exciting chapter for our Hawks teams as Season 2 progressed with thrilling matches and upcoming opportunities for skill development.
On December 7th, our U15 girls and boys volleyball teams hosted Santa Laurensia School and SPH-KV.
U15 Boys Volleyball:
The boys showcased their strength, securing two decisive victories against their opponents. These wins bolster their chances of making it to the Final Four Tournament—a fantastic achievement reflecting their dedication and teamwork.
U15 Girls Volleyball:
The girls played an outstanding match against Santa Laurensia, earning their second victory of the season. Despite a spirited comeback in the second set against SPH-KV, they narrowly missed out on a win.
On December 10th, the U15 teams hit the court again for another round of matches:
U15 Boys Volleyball:
The boys extended their winning streak, defeating SPH-LV in straight sets (2-0). Their consistent performance highlights the incredible effort and synergy within the team.
U15 Girls Volleyball:
The girls faced a tough match, losing 2-0 to SPH-LV. Despite the defeat, both sets were nail-biters, and the team came tantalizingly close to turning things around. Well done for their determination and effort!
On December 7th, our Varsity boys and girls basketball teams took to the court at SPH-LV, facing the local school and JIS.
Varsity Boys Basketball:
Despite two challenging games ending in defeat, the boys continue to display grit and perseverance, aiming for a strong comeback in future matches.
Varsity Girls Basketball:
The girls celebrated a hard-fought victory, marking their second win of the season. Their teamwork and focus made the difference—congratulations, team!
Looking Ahead
As we gear up for the remainder of the season, here’s what’s on the horizon:
January 18th (Saturday):
U15 boys and girls volleyball teams will play at Global Jaya School against ACS Jakarta and ACG.
January 21st (Tuesday):
Varsity boys and girls basketball teams will continue their season, with the boys playing at home against Santa Laurensia School, while the girls face the same school in an away game.
On December 14th, we will launch our first-ever sports clinics for Volleyball, Soccer, and Badminton. Running through December 20th, these clinics offer students an incredible opportunity to refine their skills, enhance game understanding, and develop new strategies.
