Kindergarten students have now completed 100 days of school, marking an important milestone in their learning journey. To celebrate the 100th day of school, they dressed in costumes representing growth and maturity. Additionally, they engage in activities that help them visualize the number 100, such as using coins and holding them in their hands to reinforce their understanding of numerical concepts.
To help with the understanding about family traditions, Kindergarten students have the opportunities to listen to the story from the parents in the class. Parents are invited to share and demonstrate a tradition from their families. It has been an exciting and joyful experience! :) The students were thrilled to see the variety of traditions, making the day both educational and full of excitement.
Extending their learning about themselves, Kindergarten students explore more about them in relation to their family. Before learning about family trees, students learn about their personal data as a way to enhance their understanding about themselves and where they come from. By understanding more about who they are, they develop an understanding that their experiences with their family help build their personal journey.
