Greetings GJS Community! As Term 3 begins to wind down, we would like to remind you of some important ongoing or upcoming events and deadlines.

Personal Project: The MYP Personal Project Exhibition is currently happening. Please click here to check out the website and see the amazing work our students have done. Special thanks to Ibu Dani, our MYP Coordinator, Ibu Popy, our Personal Project Coordinator, and all Personal Project supervisors for their guidance.

Term 3 Reports: Students in Years 7-11 are in the process of revising their reflections for their Term 3 reports. Their drafts were due to teachers on 21 February. Final reflections are due to teachers by 16:00 on 7 March. Please click here to review the requirements for these reflections. Parents, please talk with your child about these reflections prior to MSC. Year 12 Reports will be published on 25 April. These will be individualized, teacher-produced reports and will be the final reports Year 12 students receive from us.

Term 3 MSCs: Speaking of MSCs, they are right around the corner, 17 & 18 March. We will, once again, use PTCFast for registration and MSCs will be conducted via Google Meet. The Secondary School Administrative Assistants shared the information and tutorial on 25 February. If you did not receive that information from the administrative assistants, please contact them at adminassistants@globaljaya.com. Some parents might receive a personal invitation from teachers. If you do receive a personal invitation, it means that the teacher is particularly interested in speaking with you about your child’s learning. Please consider this and sign up as soon as possible.
