Last weekend, the NFL playoffs officially began.

A short recap of all six games.

Indianapolis at Buffalo

Buffalo hosted its first playoff game in 20 years, and it did not disappoint. Buffalo came in as a slight favorite, and looked to pull ahead in the fourth quarter with a 24-10 lead after a Josh Allen touchdown to Stefon Diggs. Indianapolis, however, made it a game after a pair of good runs led to a nine yard touchdown pass to Zach Pascal, which made it a 24-16 game after a missed two point conversion. Buffalo would score a field goal, but Indy would answer right back with a 27 yard touchdown pass to Jack Doyle, making it 27-24 after a two point conversion. However, those would be the last points ever scored in the game, as Buffalo would stop Indy on the final play and advance to the Divisional Round.

Los Angeles at Seattle

Seattle and Los Angeles started the game tied 3-3, but after Jared Goff came in for an injured John Wolford, LA took the lead and never looked back. A second field goal and a Darious Williams (who has three picks on Russel Wilson on the season) pick six would make it 13-3. Seattle couldn’t dig itself out of that ten point hole, despite a beautiful fifty one touchdown pass to DK Metcalf. The score was 30-20, but it was 30-13 until Wilson threw a garbage time touchdown.

Tampa Bay at Washington

Tom Brady played his first football game as a Buc, and easily diced the vaunted Washington defense. However, the real story of the night was Taylor Heineke, with two touchdowns and 306 passing yards. Tampa Bay would start out with a 10-0 lead, but Washington made it a game after a 13 yard touchdown run by Heineke that electrified social media. Tampa however, would extend their lead by scoring more field goals and sacking Washington on their final drive.

Baltimore at Tennessee

Baltimore finally exorcised their Tennessee demons as they beat the titans 20-13 after falling to them twice in the last two years. Tennessee hopped to an early 10-0 lead. After a field goal, Lamar Jackson would run for a 48 yard touchdown, and became the third quarterback in NFl history to run for over 100 yards in a playoff game as Baltimore won after a Ryan Tannehill interception.

Chicago at New Orleans

In what could be the funniest game of the year, the Saints easily beat the Bears 21-9. What was notable about this game was that it was the first NFL game on Nickelodeon. With hilarious graphics like comparing Saints Running back to Alvin of chipmunks fame, and Bears QB Mitchell Trubisky winning the Nickelodeon Valuable Player award as voted by the fans after losing by 12 was great . New Orleans had a 21-3 lead until the final play of the game, when Trubisky found tight end Jimmy Graham for a 19 yard touchdown.

Cleveland at Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh Steelers JuJu Smith-Schuster wide receiver made some noise before the game as he called the Browns the “same old Browns.” The quote must have lit a fire under the Browns, as they had an inconceivable 28-0 first half lead after multiple Steelers blunders. Halfway through the third quarter, Pittsburgh made it an 11 point game after a 5 yard touchdown pass to JuJu Smith-Schuster, but Cleveland would pull away after a 40 yard touchdown by Cleveland running back Nick Chubb. Cleveland would win 48-37, setting up a date in KC with the defending champions.
