The music and arts festival Coachella is approaching fast. The first concert dates are April 12th through the 14th with a follow up concert April 19th through the 21st at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, CA. Over 100 artists will make appearances, such as Childish Gambino, Ariana Grande, Tame Impala, Bad Bunny, and Billie Eilish. Passes start at 429 Dollars for general admission.

Start your Coachella experience off by purchasing passes based on your own wants and needs. There is a wide variety of pass types from general admission to VIP with add-ons for camping and some package deals that include sleeping accommodations. These add-ons include car camping, tent camping, shuttle services, or an “outstanding in the field dinner”. However, all these services come at a price, the cheapest package deal begins at 2,458 Dollars for a teepee on Lake Eldorado with two general admission tickets. If you are feeling adventurous there is currently an opening available for the second week of Coachella for the safari camping package, starting at 9,500 Dollars. Services include golf cart transportation, private parking, restrooms and showers, breakfast in an air conditioned lounge, and two general admission tickets.

There are many transportation options available for getting to Coachella. Out of state guests can fly to neighboring airports such as Jacqueline Cochran regional or Bermuda Dunes airport. Guests can also take advantage of international airports like Palm Springs, Los Angeles, or Ontario International airport, especially if they are travelling from out of the country. However, other options are still available such as biking, walking, taxis, car rentals, public transportation, limos, or a service called “carpoolchella”. All you have to do to participate in “carpoolchella” is roll up to the festival with 4 or more people and have your car decorated to be eligible to win the contest they have for each week.

Each year Coachella brings in the some of the most popular artists. This year special appearances are being made by Ariana Grande, Tame Impala, Childish Gambino, Los Tucanes de Tijuana, Khalid, Zedd, Bad Bunny and over 100 more. Ariana Grande will make appearances April 14th and 21st, Tame Impala will make appearances April 13th and April 20th, and Childish gambino will make appearances April 12th and 19th.

There are unlimited options to keep you busy for the week. You can visit the activities tent for fun games and giveaways during your camping experience. You can visit the connected lounge to access the internet on your computer or their own.. One of the most iconic coachella experiences is the ferris wheel overlooking the concert venue and views of Coachella Valley. You can go down to the vintage market to find vintage wear for your concert experience, the record shop to find old and new jams, the art studio to let your creativity flow, or visit the merch store to by some sweet memories for your festival experience.

Nothing goes with your favorite music like food. Coachella is home to pop-up restaurants and the Indio Central Market, both including hundreds of options from some of the best dining across the country. You can also enjoy a meal called “Outstanding in the Field” for a more pricey, but intimate setting.

Finally, free WiFi is located at various places throughout the venue such as Beer Gardens, Indio Central Market, Beer Barn, Main VIP, Rose Garden VIP and Connected Lounge.
